The Masterclass was well-run. I liked how there was a good mix of theory, examples, interaction and group activities in every session. It gave me the opportunity to learn something new in every session, and apply what I learnt in the quizzes and break-out sessions.

I really wish the MakeIt BeSci design course was part of my CX-Management Master's Degree. It was powerfully impactful -- with the ability to intuitively understand the principles & ideas, blend them with clear tools, and start putting it into action. Within days after completing it, I was already building the behavioral design canvas at work, ideating with a colleague for an upcoming internal initiative, and making plans to pull a cross-functional group together for the final design...which was my silent hope, but it was my colleague's stated suggestion once they saw the opportunity we have to leverage the right and desired employee behavior at the right times and in the right places to create a digestible change our employees can adopt so that we can serve our customers more deeply.
