Welcome to Make It Toolkit, provided by MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD.

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your access to and use of the Make It Toolkit, including any content, functionality, products, and services offered.

‍1. Make It Toolkit™ Overview
The Make It Toolkit™ includes: 15 Behavioral Strategies – A structured behavioral framework that guides decision-making and action. Barriers & Examples – A system for identifying cognitive, emotional, environmental, and motivational obstacles. 300+ Selected Tactics – Evidence-based interventions to apply behavioral strategies effectively. Additional Tools & Templates, including but not limited to:Behavior Design CanvasAchievement Design CanvasStreak CanvasFigma Collaboration Board

‍2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership
All intellectual property related to the Make It Toolkit™ — including strategies, tactics, frameworks, templates, tools, canvases, illustrations, and written content — is owned exclusively by Massimo Ingegno (“Creator”).
MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. uses the Make It Toolkit™ with authorization from the Creator.

2.2 Copyright

No part of the Make It Toolkit™ may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or adapted without explicit written permission from the Creator.

2.3 Permitted Internal Use
Users may use publicly available materials from www.makeit.tools for:Personal learningInternal, non-commercial educational use
Users may not:Modify or distribute the materialsRemove or alter copyright noticesUse materials for commercial or client-facing purposesCreate derivative works
Required attribution when referencing the toolkit:

‍2.4 External Use (Client Work)
External or commercial use — including consulting, training, product design, research, or professional client work — is strictly prohibited unless:The user has completed Level 1 Certification, andThe user has obtained explicit written permission from the Creator (Massimo Ingegno) or MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD., acting with authorization from the Creator.
Users with approved external-use rights may:Apply Make It Toolkit™ strategies and tactics in client-facing workReference the toolkit in project deliverables with proper attribution
Users may not:Modify, copy, distribute, or resell toolkit materialsDeliver or market Make It Toolkit™ training or workshopsUse Make It Toolkit™ branding unless formally certifiedClaim affiliation, endorsement, or trainer/facilitator status.

‍2.5 Certified Facilitators & Commercial Rights
Only individuals who have been formally certified by MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. may:Market or sell Make It Toolkit™ training programs or workshopsUse Make It Toolkit™ branding in promotional materialsBe listed as official Trainers, Facilitators, or Consultants
Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or misrepresentation of affiliation is strictly prohibited.

‍3. Limitation of Liability
MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. and Massimo Ingegno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Make It Toolkit™ or any associated materials, tools, or programs.

‍4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these ToS will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as determined by MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD.

‍5. Governing Law
These ToS are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

‍6. Amendments to Terms of Service
MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. reserves the right to update or amend these ToS at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website.

‍7. Make It Starter Program
The following terms apply to participation in the Make It Starter Program (“Program”).
7.1 Access
Upon payment, Users receive access to the Program and all associated materials for one (1) year from enrollment.
7.2 Level 1 Certification
Completing the Program grants Level 1 Make It Toolkit Certification.
Certification alone does not grant permission to use the toolkit for external or commercial purposes.
7.3 External Use Permission
Level 1 graduates must obtain written permission from the Creator (Massimo Ingegno) or MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD., acting with authorization from the Creator, before applying the toolkit in client work.
Approval is based on:Ethical usageQuality controlDemonstrated understanding of the methodology
Users without explicit approval may not use the toolkit in client work or external engagements.

‍8. Make It Box™
The Make It Box™ is available for purchase through MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. and subject to the following terms:
8.1 Permitted UseCertified Facilitators and Consultants may use the materials commercially.Non-certified purchasers may use the materials only for internal, non-commercial training.
8.2 Restrictions
Non-certified users may not:Use the Make It Box™ for paid client workModify, reproduce, or distribute the materialsCreate derivative worksRepackage materials as original content
8.3 Attribution
When referencing the materials publicly:
“This material is derived from the Make It Toolkit™, created by Massimo Ingegno.”
