‍Intellectual Property Rights: The Make it Toolkit and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. Usage is granted for personal and educational purposes only.

‍Limitation of Liability: MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Make it Toolkit.

‍Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these ToS will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as determined by MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD.

‍Governing Law: These ToS shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

‍Amendments to Terms of Service: MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD reserves the right to amend these ToS at any time, with updates becoming effective upon posting.

Make it Starter Program 

‍The following Terms of Service are entered into by and between You (“User” or “You”) and MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your participation in the Make it Starter Program ("Program") provided by us.

Nature of The Relationship

‍Nothing in this Terms of Service shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. The Company is agreeing only to provide the User with access to the Program, which provides education and information.

‍Access To Program

‍Upon payment, Users will be granted access to the Program and all associated Materials from the date of their enrollment for one (1) year.

‍Refund Policy

‍The Program offers a Guarantee. If, after having completed 50% of the Program, the User is not completely satisfied, the User can apply for a full refund by getting in touch.

‍Course Certification

‍Upon successful completion of the Program, the User will be awarded the Level 1 Make It Toolkit Certification. This certification is a recognition of the foundational knowledge and skills acquired in behavioral design and gamification, as outlined in the Program.

‍Course Modification and Updates

‍The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Program or Program Material at any time due to evolving educational strategies, technological advancements, or other business considerations. Users acknowledge that certain content, tools, or resources may be removed or replaced, and there is no guarantee that any specific part of the Program Material will remain available indefinitely. The Company commits to making reasonable efforts to notify Users of significant changes to the Program Material, especially those that might affect their learning experience or access to previously available resources.

‍Intellectual Property Rights

‍All Program materials are owned by MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. Usage is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of Program materials is strictly prohibited.

‍Individual Use and Corporate Access

‍The Make it Starter Program and all associated Program Material are intended solely for the personal and individual use of the enrolled User. The access granted to the User under these Terms of Service is non-transferable and is intended to benefit only the individual who has enrolled in and been granted access to the Program.Sharing of login credentials, Program Material, or any other resources provided as part of the Program with others is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, distributing, broadcasting, modifying, or using the content for group training purposes without explicit permission from the Company.

Organizations, companies, or groups wishing to provide access to the Program for multiple individuals must contact MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. directly to arrange for corporate access.

‍User Conduct

‍Professional and respectful conduct is expected from all User. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or infringement of others' rights is grounds for dismissal from the Program.

‍Pre-Launch Offer

‍Enrollment for the Make it Starter Program ("Program") is set to commence in May 2024. The phase until April 30, 2024, is defined as the Pre-Launch Phase. During the Pre-Launch Phase, prospective Users are presented with a unique opportunity to secure their placement in the Program ahead of the general public enrollment period and receive a 50% discount.

‍Limited Spots

‍Enrollment during the Pre-Launch Phase is subject to availability and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 100 participants.

‍Refund

‍If, for any technical or logistical reason, the launch of the Program does not occur within June 2024, users will be eligible to request a full refund starting from July 1, 2024.

Make it Box

‍The following Terms of Service are entered into by and between You (“User” or “You”) and MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of the Make it Box provided by MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. 

‍Product Purchase and Delivery

‍The Make it Box is intended to aid in learning, communicating, and applying behavioral design principles. The Make it Box is available for purchase through MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD’s designated channels. Delivery timelines and charges, if applicable, will be specified at the time of purchase.

‍Refund

The Make it Box offers a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If not completely satisfied, purchasers can contact MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the box is returned in re-saleable and undamaged condition.

‍Product Modification and Updates

‍MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD reserves the right to modify the contents of the Make it Box or provide updates. Any significant changes will be communicated to purchasers.

‍Ownership of Intellectual Property

The Make it Box and its contents, including all related materials, are the intellectual property of MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD.

‍Permitted Use

‍Purchasers of the Make it Box are granted the right to use the materials for commercial purposes as part of their consulting or training services.

This permission refers exclusively to the integration of the Make it Box contents into the Purchaser's service offerings, provided the materials are not altered, modified, or claimed as their original intellectual property.

‍Acknowledgement Requirement

In using the Make it Box for commercial and non-commerical purposes, purchasers are required to clearly mention or acknowledge MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD as “Massimo Ingegno, CEO of Make it Lab” as the source of the materials and concepts applied in their services.

‍Restrictions on Use

‍Purchasers are not authorized to claim or provide official Make it Toolkit services. Official services are exclusive to certified Make it Facilitators trained and certified by MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. Editing, modifying, copying, reproducing, or distributing the Make it Box contents in any form is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD. The materials cannot be used to create derivative works or products that may be mistaken as originating from MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD.

‍Protection of Intellectual Property

Any unauthorized use of the Make it Box contents that violates these terms may lead to legal action to protect the intellectual property rights of MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD.

‍Acknowledgement of Rights

By purchasing and using the Make it Box, the purchaser acknowledges the intellectual property rights of MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD and agrees to use the contents within the bounds of these terms of service

‍Limitation of Liability

‍MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Make it Box.

Upon purchase of the Make it Box, users are granted complimentary access to MakeItGPT for one (1) year. This access is intended for personal or internal business use only. MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD reserves the right to revoke access in cases of inappropriate use or if the service is discontinued. Continued availability of MakeItGPT is not guaranteed, and access may be subject to future terms and conditions or discontinuation at MAKEIT LAB PTE. LTD's discretion
